Goal

Develop a mission critical global credit card processing (GCCP) solution with 100 percent reliability, security and PCI compliance. The user interface needed to provide a great customer experience, be highly adoptable while providing dynamic levels of configuration that would scale on a global level.

ProQuality delivered a fully operational Proof of Concept within three weeks that wowed AA, beat the competition and cleared the project for takeoff. 

ProQuality subsequently delivered a zero-defect, custom global credit card processing solution in record time and under budget. The solution provides a high level of configuration, processes all AA global transactions, interfaces with SAP accounting, generates invoices for credit card companies and creates a high volume of daily reports. 

Since the GCCP implementation, the relationship is still flying high today. ProQuality has successfully delivered several additional projects for AA, including Japan ESF, PIN Debit, Brazil, Facet, EGSF and RAC system integration (part of the USA Air merger project).
